The “professor” is an a$$hat, just like many others but his credentials have earned him a mention in the news, designed to get your attention. FOX is no different from any other news outlet. I agree. A great deal of leftist success is driven by our willingness to react to it. Without the attention he would be just another mediocre prof with nothing to set him apart and land him a job.
The same is true of people like Bill Maher and Michael Moore. Without the attention that we give them they would be forced to use their talents to entertain or fade into obscurity. I saw Sarah Silverman on a show last week and actually felt some pity for her because she is so desperate for attention that she was struggling for something outrageous to say when the situation simply didn’t call for it. She was flailing badly and knew it.
