When 12% of the population (by race) is responsible for over 70% of violent crime, I’d say it’s more than coincidence.

Having been the target of violent crime on multiple occasions, my experience is that 100% of the perps fit a certain ethnic profile.

Then again, why is anybody surprised that people who are prone to violence do not refrain from violence at family gatherings?
