children/servants, etc. = hands mid chest

equals = tips of fingers approx chin level

I really get irritated when I hear our politicians and the news media print/talking heads refer to Obama as “the leader of the free world”!

His foreign policy has always sucked (as has Hillary’s) and he can’t even lead the USA... much less the “free world” (whatever that means)!

He may be a leader of some sort but 'of the free world' it ain't.
