I recall reading somewhere they were sending the 2 daughters to Sidwell Friends, a Quaker School. Of course the New England Quaker sects tend to be homosexual tolerant, while most other Quakers are more Scriptural conservative in their opposition to homosexuality.

Your post #62.

I recall reading somewhere they were sending the 2 daughters to Sidwell Friends, a Quaker School.

Your comments had me scurrying to Google. I was directed to the Sidwell Friends School website. I observed the information in the spirit of at least some positive views on the parenting of the Presidential couple. I do realize and indeed from my reading of "Dreams From My Father" the righteous anger and concern of many Freepers here. This is on the attempt to remake America.

Anyway, I am unable to find out whether the promotion of homosexuality is ensconced at Sidwell. I hope not. Fees for students grades 5-12 are $34,268. This is a bit of a ramble by me and please excuse this.

As for the fees, it brings to mind the two authors, Ernest Hemmingway and F. Scott Fitzgerald. Says Scott "You know the rich are different to us". The reply is "Yes, they have more money". Indeed they do.
