There is a more disturbing trend. He manifests a trend of arrogant illegitimate behavior such that he isn’t held accountable for his actions and he seems to enjoy it. The high he gains from these little insults won’t last at the same innocuous level, but he will further degenerate into seeking more heinous activity in order to satiate his same lust for arrogant criminality.

Well stated. It is what I expect. I think he has a need to mock his opponents, to show his power over them by making these gestures. I suspect that underneath it all he is very angry for how he was treated as a child.

I am not a psychologist, this is simply my personal opinion.
