much as I am in agreement re the birth certificate, etc. the fact is that the private ceremony is not out of the ordinary - it has happened four or five times before. In the past, when the 20th of January fell on a Sunday, the ceremony was held privately that day, and there was a public ceremony on the Monday. Sorry to burst your bubble.

The fact is that even a deviation by even one single word during the ceremony (as admitted by Chief Justice Roberts in 2009) could signify an unlawful and unconstitutional swear-in as we saw four years ago at the public ceremony. Shortly after another “private” ceremony was held which caused quite a controversy at the time. Some speculate that the administration was hiding something as an executive order was signed by President Obama shortly after hiding all his records and possibly CIA activity.

I believe in the Constitution and this is what is says:

Article II, Section I:

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

AND:

The 20th Amendment, Clause I:

1. The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.

Given this, the following applies:

If the oath is NOT administered EXACTLY as stated in the Constitution, then the President-Elect IS NOT the President. Thus, the second oath for Obama. If he signed EOs in the interim, then they were technically invalid - so he may have had to re-sign them [don't know if that happened].

As far as 20 January 2012 [Sunday], he MUST take the oath then - ALSO Biden. Otherwise, the Speaker of the House [Boehner] who will be sworn in on 3 January 2012 will be the President for [at least] 24 hours.

FYI: Interesting Constitutional question. If the President-Elect and Vice President-Elect DO NOT take the oath of office at the prescribed time on the prescribed date - do they forfeit the right to the office. Probably not, since Obama had to re-take the oath in 2009.

No one seems to notice that the Oath of Office is a sacred oath established by George Washington with the expressed intention of making the candidate comply with the demand of the words of the oath by promising to fulfill his duty as president. Deciding not to fulfill his duty makes Obama a liar.

Obama, in taking his oaths so far, he has forced God's ear down to the podium and he has forced God to be a party to his lie. It is called 'mocking God.'

By doing so Obama has cursed himself - and he is living under a curse.

When it is all said and done, he will have mocked God FOUR TIMES.

The smoking gun is the 2-digit year date stamp on his Selective Service Card. I'm not sure about current Postal law, but in 1980 a 4-digit year on date stamps was MANDATORY and 0bama's SSC is the only one found to be stamped in that manner. Someone had a '2008' date stamp, cut off the '20' and rotated the '08' 180 degress to make an '80'.
