You apparently do not understand the difference between private citizens freely associating or disassociating with whom they choose, and a government compelled by the First Amendment to tolerate any speech. Learn the difference. The constitution does not apply here. She fully exercised her right to express herself with no recriminations from the government. Her employer exercised their right of association. So just what is your problem here?

My problem is that everyone on this forum acts as if it is ok to punish people for their beliefs. If she did it on company time, that is one thing but people are fired every day for posting things on Facebook or twitter, constitutional or not this is wrong. That’s my problem, we are a free people(or used to be)and can say or do what we wish, all of you guys sound like DUers celebrating someone being shit canned for what they believe. If YOU can’t see what I’m talking about(not necessarily the constitution)then you are not a conservative but a hypocrite.
