I share your anger, Lloyd, and for the same reasons.

Of all the idiot statements I've heard, this one has to take the cake:
An idiot relative said, “I voted for Obama because Romney will make us all Mormons.”

I wonder if anyone tried to explain the the relative that Mormons are rarer in Romney's home state of Massachusetts than conservatives.

Or that booze is easier to buy in the Mormon stronghold of Utah than in the Steeler stronghold of greater Pittsbugh.

This was silly. And if they are black, weren't they also complaining that the Mormon church did NOT want black people as members, at least under older Mormon doctrines? (Make up yer mind folks)

I lived in Pa in the late 60s. Does the state still have a monopoly on package liquor stores?

I lived in Reading and that city of around 100,000 people had two liquor stores for the whole city.
