It's not really Hunting it's more like a Trap Shoot
This is an Annual Shoot in PA and it has been going on for decades.
I'm not sure if they raise the Pigeons or trap them for this event, but they are released from cages at the command of "PULL".

Thanks for the clarification.
Hopefully, they are getting some of the filthy birds from our city parks, which are overrun with them.
