Stupid!!! Flying close enough to be in the range of a shotgun blast???? Stupid!!!
I think they are saying the hunters used a rifle not a shotgun to bring down their spy. Point is shooting the birds is perfectly legal but is shooting video of the gun club legal. I would say not but lefty radicals like to make their own rules.
