What has changed? We should not have been celebrating Christmas in the public schools in the first place, What about the Jewish kids, And the Jehovah’s Witness? Were their beliefs celebrated?

Those were the days of Christian privilege. Yes “privilege” is the proper description. Those days are fading.

Don’t get me wrong. I will fight to the death for religious freedom. But taxpayer money should not be spent for the promotion of ANY religion. This in my mind protects Christian kids from the above scenarios. YOUR kids should learn about their faith from YOU or at church. Your job is to see to it. It is not the job of the public schools to foster religion of any kind.

One crazy atheist got rid of prayer in public schools. My teachers read the Bible to us each morning and we prayed. We pledged allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. We sang God Bless America. We didn’t need “resource officers” (cops) in our schools. We didn’t have metal detectors. Not one girl in my high school ended up pregnant. Now we have day care centers in high schools for students’ babies. My church started by holding services in my elementary school on Sundays. We had fish on Fridays at school for the Catholic kids and no one complained.

It is people like you who have helped destroy America with your “fairness” crap. America was built by Christians on Christian values! You can’t change the facts.

But Obama was right, wasn’t he. America is no longer a Christian nation. And it shows!

The atheist parents can be given the option of opting out of having their kids go. The kids can spend the time in the library, instead of forcing their beliefs on everyone else who WANTS to go.

Or they can homeschool their kids if they don’t like encountering religion in schools. They’re free to do so, just like it’s the option thrown in the face of every Christian parent who objects to the depraved content of public education today.
