If in fact the allegations are true death would be an appropriate punishment.
That's a big "if"? I've got no sympathy for anyone involved in this sordid little drama but how can someone defend themselves against 18 year old allegations? The statute of limitations in all these types of cases should expire 2 years after the alleged victim turns 18.
