Longbow’s point is valid. What has changed more than other factors is that the Leftists have found a way to leverage technology and money to move every last taker to the polls, and that is a real danger.
We used to benefit from the fact the takers were lazy and unmotivated, and stayed home election day, so we got soft. Clearly, we need to recognize, and adapt to, this new state of affairs.
One part of the populace, voting expressly to use government to take the earned income of another part is not a recipe for a long lasting democracy.
That said, voter fraud is a big problem, but what will Obama do about it? We need to work on message and delivery for now.
Refine and improve the code for counting the votes. Voting machines that run software that is secret. The software should be as simple as add one to x, the reason it is not that simple should be obvious.
The ScanTron type device should be very accurate, but they are not, as numerous videos on YouTube show how easily they can be manipulated.
We are as likely to learn how fraudulent elections really are, as we are to learn who shot John Kennedy.
