I quit all opiate-based painkillers and alcohol 23mos ago; my idiocy (pain relief from back injury) nearly killed me 2x. Jan 10 will be 2yrs. But thanks anyway, ag!
Losing 85-lbs in 4mos - 247 to 165 - did the job, but I was so weak and anemic, I had to regain 25lbs.
I like the tabasco/v8 route, Mag! I’m mixing-up a glass right now. A little L&P, chili sauce, jalapeno; damn, now I need to use the blender, so might as well make a 1-gal jug. LOL.
Don’t worry; no one on FR will catch this nastiness. I have my Logitech MX3200 laser mouse/keyboard wrapped in Saran Wrap!
