Au contraire. You own your property, but the airspace above it is probably open to the public.

It’s a stupid situation, but that’s the way it is unless someone can change the laws. I doubt that will happen though, since it might get in the way of the gubmint spying on you and I with their drones.

Au contraire. Your "bundle of rights" extends upward to infinity, within the borders of anyone else's property.

There are certain rights of trespass granted to certain general aviation, commercial or military aircraft.

This is an airborne harassment platform and deserves to be shot down with impunity.
