Still a possibility especially with our current adminstration. Most likely Mexico wins in this one. Haven’t heard of any Asian or European interest in this but can’t ignore what any of those parties might do.
If Mexico starts exporting Twinkies to us the FDA will likely issue new rules for importing foods with dangerously high sugar content.
If a new investor is foolish enough to move the Twinkie production lines to non union states, the NLRB will step in with both feet to protect us against "unfair" labor practices.
