It looks to be able to handle 900 people easily. So 900 votes from unregistered voters is very credible, possibly Guatamalan agribusiness laborers who filled in little black circles as part of their employment orientation.
I’m sure the 900 votes will have disappeared into the other precincts before certification. This needs to be checked out.
