I hear ya, totally, and I agree that fraud is no doubt a major portion of the voting numbers not being as expected. I think what muawiyah was trying to say is that perhaps also there have been a number of deaths in the last 4 years that alsoa account for many, more than expected, number of less voters, and I agree. But I also saw numbers that suggest many voters simply didn’t vote, the percent participation was also lower than in 2008.

Remember that actual head counts are much better than estimates ~ and nobody goes around counting missing voters!

The result is no one can actually answer the question but actuaries can tell you about how many deaths to expect among people over a 4 year period.
