Woo hoo!! Now closing in on NINETY percent!! We're less than ten or so donations shy of the YELLOW!! Then it'll be the sprint to the GREEN!!

Aches and pains today. All that yard work I did yesterday is playing h@@@ with this tired old body. LOL.
Aw, sweetie! You have to work up to that stuff at our age. I’m trying to do some weight lifting and treadmill walking now that my heart has recovered.
Man! Did I ever get out of shape waiting for it to stop racing and fibrillating.
I need to keep it slow because I can’t afford to be sore for a week between sessions, LOL! Baby steps and pacing are my friends.
