I’d have to disagree. I’d say putting Michael Steele back in charge would have been far, far worse than Priebus. Reince, at least, stuck to his positions in interviews.

Also, Reince’s stiffest competition for the RNC Chair the first time out was Saul Anuzis, who was ousted from the Michigan GOP leadership by the Tea Party. Not exactly the conservative firebrand one might hope for, and I don’t see how either man could possibly have changed the outcome of the 2012 elections.

Not about either one of them, I said the outcome could not have been worse. Nothing good came from this election, they let us keep the house to be later used as the fall guy for any and all failures.
