My point being, if Republicans don't offer "bipartisan" legislation as a quid-pro-quo, don't ever expect it from the Dims.

So then you are saying the Republicans have to raise their game in the world of vote fraud so that they will have something to trade to get vote reform with the Dems???

Republicans are readily charged with voter fraud anyway—why not return that "ball" to their court in Congress, with an Omnibus Bill to resolve all this Commie-fraud in our elections?
