King County, Texas has a total population of only 286. Not 286 registered voters, a total of 286 people.And Obama still won 5 votes. That's 5 more than Romney won in certain precincts in Philadelphia with far more voters.
Doesn't anybody else find that strange?

Not really. Nowhere in Texas is very far from Mejico. And those federal benefits consultants, why, they’ll drive around until they find ya. It’s their job and they take it seriously.
