don't blame California's trouble on the latinos....they're only getting what is being given, like any human....

I blame the unions...the firemen, the cops, the teachers, the life guards, etc....all who have bankrupted that state now and for the long foreseeable future.....they knew better...

This is actually a preview for the rest of the US. I have spent a significant amount of time in each of these bankrupt California cities over the past 30 years. What were once nice cities with plenty of promise for the future have been increasingly turned into hell-holes by liberal politics.

As a start, I would simply pass a law that in order to collect your full public pension, you must continue to live within the city limits. You move, you automatically take a 50% cut.

Note that the destruction is being accomplished first in the blue-collar cities of California.
