Look at who he has appointed in all the cabinet post and the goofy czar posts. They are all political cronies. This is Chicago politics at its best. The top brass everywhere gets the title and the perks, but are not necessarily qualified for the post.
Agreed! Figureheads at the top, second-tier Socialists (at best) running the show! Offers a level of plausible deniability.
