Jill Kelley, the Tampa socialite connected to ISAF Commander John Allen and former CIA Director David Petraeus, is an "honorary consul" of South Korea, a diplomatic official with direct knowledge of the arrangement told The Cable.
"She is an honorary consul' of the Republic of Korea," the official said. "She assumed this position last August thanks to her good connections and network."
The position of honorary consul is symbolic and has no official responsibilities, the official said.
"She does not work as a real consul. They play a role to improve the relationship between the ROK and the U.S.," the official said. "Jill Kelley helped to get support for [the Korea-U.S. Free Trade Agreement] and she arranged meetings between the ROK Ambassador to Washington and local businessmen when the ROK Ambassador visited the Tampa area."
(snip)
Kelley does drive a Mercedes sedan with license plates that say "Honorary Consul," and she invoked her honorary diplomatic status in a Nov. 11 911 call when she was complaining about trespassers on her private property.

It’s just made up to give a name and title to a “Party Girl”.
This is even more interesting...
NEW: RI (Democrat) Lobbyist Gave $300,000 Loan to Sister of Jill Kelley
i think that effort might be better spent identifying and dealiing with people like this who become base groupies and parlay their ‘social’ abilitites into access to places where people shouldn’t go.
WHO the HELL made her this??????<P.Is “socialite” the new name for SLUT???
Actually, “socialite” has been around since at least the 1920s-—meant the same thing back then too.
Ha ha—so often true!
A woman foreign agent, big surprise. /sarcasm
South Korea doesn’t make just anyone an honorary Consul I would presume, so what did she do for South Korea?
I mean other than dropping her pants.
This must have happened while she was ‘embedded’ with them. There sure is a lot of ‘embedding’ going on around lately. I feel like the government is ‘embedding’ me just about every day...and not even offering me a cigarette when finished.
The far left has concocted this scene where woman A snuggles up to Betrayus, then and at same time setup a second Lebanese woman (spy) to ensnare other high military generals and to expose biggest general in a round about and seemingly petty way.
For what purposes? The intimidation of other potentially super patriotic Generals who might stand in the way when POTUS changes to Seig Heil.
Isn’t it ironic that over the last 50 years a great number of powerful leftists have concentrated in Shitcago ? Consider the super corruption of Chicago political mob has a history of trying to rule America through dirty tricks and heavy hand. In the past it has been twarted. At this juncture, from our perspective, it appears this time they may succeed, at least temporarily.
She’s a Muzzie. Send her back and can Allen the bonehead.
Naah, too easy.
> South Korea doesnt make just anyone an honorary Consul I would presume, so what did she do for South Korea?
She sure does seem to have access to a lot of people with high level security clearances to JUST be a socialite. Is there something the administration knows about Kelly they’re not telling us like maybe she is an unofficial diplomat (spy) or CIA agent / asset (not case officer)...hmm
To the best of my vast knowledge, U.S. citizens in the U.S. do not have diplomatic immunity. I traveled for many years on a diplomatic passport. If I got stopped for speeding in DC and showed the cop that passport and tried to claim diplomatic immunity, he’d laugh in my face and continue writing the ticket. I’m certain that the same applies to Jill Kelley.
