(as an aside...I got a call yesterday from a local semi-charity that Ive given a few bucks to in the past...I listened politely and then said...Sorry...Its Obama Times...Doubt Ill be donating to you for the next 4 years....I could tell the lady was taken aback....It was kinda fun actually)That's what I'm doing as well. I'm composing a 'form letter' that I'm going to mail to all the regular charities we've supported over the years. I'm going to explain how we're just tapped out after four years of Obama (and the sky high cost of living in liberal Connecticut), and now we're looking at another four years of Obama hell. I'm done.
My husband and I are worried about our own survival now. The charities will have to fend for themselves (with a couple of exceptions).
Any charity that supports what I suspect are Obama voters are particularly "dead to me" now. That includes food pantries, etc.

I agree with you take on not donating to anyone, anything associated with a oboma vote. The sad thing about food pantries is that senior citizens and others who are there through no fault of their own will suffer. And the illegals and generational welfare abusers will continue to receive through other means. The pantries are well organized and each person receives the same basic foodstuffs in quantity and by item. You either are served on a first come basis, stand in long lines in good and bad weather, or you are given a number, and then are called accordingly. What little they receive is of vital importance to those people who are citizens of this country and worked hard in their lives and are now in need of help..I would remember them and not deny the food pantry what little you can donate to them.
