I think they're crazy, to, for signing a petition from which they can be easily tracked. I prefer to think of it not as secession, but as a dissolution of the political bonds that (used to) bind us all together as Americans.

It is clear to me that liberals and conservatives no longer agree, even remotely, on what the America Experiment and Dream and Constitution are. I believe it is in the interest of both sides to go their separate ways.

You think you couldn’t be traced back to your FR handle if the new Nero decided he wanted your head on a pike? It’s not a difficult task if the government simply chooses to go ahead and do it rather than going through official channels and asking permission/seeking warrants. Not difficult at all.

I agree. Conservatives and liberals are now two completely different people. It is cruel that either should have to live under the tyranny of the other’s beliefs just because one has 51% of the vote. We should just go our seperate ways. Are these petitions viable? Probably not, but OBama will be the first president since the civil war to even have to take notice of something like this. For those talking about ashamed veterans, those who died to defend us from threats to America wouldn’t have bothered had they known we would become a banana republic under a Leninist thug.
