“Advocating overthrow of Government”

Secession isn’t sedition. The tenth amendment guarantees the sovereignty of the states. The federal government did not create the states: the states created the federal government and it’s by this principle that the states can un-create it by removing themselves from it.

Your US Code falls short of addressing the sovereignty of the states.

The states can be alienated from the Union only in the same manner by which they joined the Union. Secession can be accomplished only by the consent of Congress and ratification by each of the states in the Union as set forth in the Articles of Confederation Article XIII and the U.S. Constitution Article IV.

The advocay of secession is regarded as subversve, seditious,, and/or treasonous conduct if and when it is accompanied by some combination of armed attack, violence and perhaps in support of a foreign enemy with respect to treason. Thos people who think they are in a safe zone because they believe they are non-violently protesting may be in for some very rudde surprises if and when a Communist and/or other enemy agent provacateur provides the necesary violent incident/s necessary to justfy law enforcement’s reaction against all people who advocated secession, peacefully or not. At that point some people are going to be asking what was supposedd to be so innocent about peacefully addvocating secession, which can only be detrimental to the conservative movement, all U.S. citizens, and the effort to remove the corruption from the Union of the United Sttates.
