Well, if he is not King then perhaps you can show us some proof, news articles even, that someone has held him to the law. Go ahead. Show us that he is not a King that can rule with impunity.

Well, he's not a president, since the term "president" implies accountability. He's no longer accountable to anyone. This has been demonstrated numerous times over the last year or so. Accountable to Congress? No. He has run roughshod over the Constitution, yet the House has failed to exercise its powers to reign him in, and it's highly doubtful this will change. The Supreme Court? No. Chief Justice Roberts abdicated his responsibility last summer.

Now after the election, he's no longer accountable to we, the people. So what term should we use? Chairman?
