In 2008, Wall Streeters invested millions in Barack Obamas campaign. Many of these big donors were thus a little miffed when Obama, as President, derided Wall Streeters as fat cats and, to add injury to insult, threw his support behind the Dodd-Frank bill, much hated in the financial sector it was designed to reform.
This time around, Wall Streeters turned against Obama, sending an even bigger torrent of cash Mitt Romneys way. That didnt quite work out as planned. Its a zero-percent return, one Republican donor complained to New York magazine on the cold Wednesday after Obamas victory.
Having turned on Obama, can Wall Streeters now expect the President to turn on them? Will he seek some sort of retribution against those who helped to fill Romneys overflowing coffers?

Obama made them pay after supporting Obama last time, so yes.
By the way, if Wall Street is punished by Washington it also gets welfare, so these things even out. Wall Streeters know this, which is why they play the game. In fact they all but started the game in its current form. Who invented the Federal Reserve, again?

Obama will make Wall Street pay, because (as Willie Sutton said of banks) that’s where the money is.
Do dogs like to play fetch? Do cats like to dig their claws into your legs? Do woodpeckers like to peck right outside your bedroom window? Do flies like to set right on that piece of food you’re just about to put in your mouth? Do......you get the idea.
Ha! These guys dumped plenty of money on Bam! It’s all talk and they know it. They know how to keep making money rolling in too.
