If "gender" is now a mutable attribute, in that you can be "all of the above" combinations of male, female, eunuch, transsexual, homemade gender, etc., then race is certainly mutable, meaning whatever race I say that I am, that's my race, and the only people who would demur are "haters."

In that context, all non-black/non-African-American people should identify themselves on all government forms as "black" or "African-American" from this point forward.
