In biology K-selected populations feature manly, aggressive men who protect feminine women. It’s a model which fosters effective resource acquisition and reproduction under conditions of resource scarcity, and it also features monogamy, high-investment two-parent rearing, later age at first intercourse, and high loyalty to in-group. This Darwinian psychology is why Conservatism exists. It’s just an instinctual psychology designed for resource scarcity.
r-selected populations are designed for conditions of free resource availability, and are the exact opposite. They feature effette males, designed to avoid the unecessary dangers of competing (since resources are everyhwere, and competition is an unnecessary danger), and with superficial flash, for promiscuous mating. Since impregnated females are abandoned by these males as they seek to impregnate other females, the females evolve to be manly and aggressive, so they may provision and protect their offspring themselves.
Since Liberalism is just an intellectualized r-strategy, Liberals love manly aggressive females who raise kids alone, and superficial, effete males, who are too wise to ever confront anyone or anything aggressively. When I see this, I see a lib female saying, “She’s one of us!”

Because most of us women of “a certain age” (older than 40) don’t have bare, toned arms and sprayed on fake or even real tans. Most of us have to spend hours in the kitchen cooking up food for our families and have to eat what is available. We live in “Realville” and don’t want to waste the time or money to obscess about endless exercising in expensive gyms, or lounging in spas and salons several times a week, or money designated out of the budget to have plastic surgery to get saline filled baggies sewn into our chests to approximate what big breasts are supposed to look like or get our nose altered to the flavor of the day fashion.
