As an former 4 star general and head of the CIA his first duty is to our great nation. He has ordered men to go to battle and risk their lives. Most of these men returned unharmed some returned with horrible injuries and some returned to Dover, Delaware in the back of an Air Force C-17 in a coffin. Their coffins were covered with the flag of The United States of America to whom they swore allegiance and died for. Although the personal tragedy of General Peteraus is sad, his fist duty is to his country. His personal life should have absolutely no bearing on the fact he must testify before Congress now, not later. If he refuses to testify he is besmirching the graves of dead soldiers and CIA personell that were prior Navy Seals and men than valiantly gave their lives to our country trying to protect and save the lives of their fellow Americans.

General Petreaus desire to "put his personal life back together" pales by comparison to the action of those that gave their lives in Benghazi. If he be a stranger to truth he shall also be a stranger to honor.
