we’re praying for better teaparty leadership here in lefty CT. In a war, your enemy tries to lure you into a swamp, where your men and weapons are depleted with no territory gained.

The teaparty gathered their followers here in Central Ct and headed south to New Haven to take on DEM Congresswoman DeLauro. Meanwhile, there were 6 or more state legislative races in the area decided by 200 votes or so.

They lost to DeLauro 75% to 25%. Fighting a fantasy pipedream. They led the teaparty into a swamp.
Our alternate group focused on state rep races where the voters get their information from volunteers, not the TV. And the races are decided by a few hundred votes, not 20,000 or more.

It’s difficult to burst somebody’s fantasy because they see you as somebody trying to be negative ... a dream killer.

Only God can save us from the daydream believers.

I already have 3 state rep seats on the list for 2014 ... we lost 45%, 45%, 46% ... all 3 are winnable. All within 30 minutes of my house. But we’ve got to get the churches on board first ... we cannot go forward without them. I feel like I am doing the same groundwork that was done in the 70’s following Roe v Wade.
