Considering their combined income, that’s pretty tame wheels.
(BMW 3 series and Nissan Pathfinder? I think?)
And being in Charlotte, it’s not like the house payment would be the killer numbers it would cost in NoVa.

The subject of wealthy people and cars comes up once in a while.

‘Wealthy’ does not equal ‘car buff’. And people who intend on KEEPING their wealth tend not to buy flashy cars.

And, BTW, the BMW 3-series is the second most popular car (after the Mercedes E-class) in America’s wealthiest zip codes!

Zillow zestimates the value at $895,281, the mortgage payment at $3,070/mo and the probable rent at $3,070/mo. It last sold for $795K on 17 June 2009.

5BR, 3.5Bath, 3,024sf, central air, unfinished basement.
