I don’t want to leave the United states, I want California, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, New York, DC, and a bunch of other Obama kissing country destroying moocher states to leave the United States.Forget secession. That matter has been settled.
Who would do the fighting, the ghetto-rats and blue-county big-city RATs?
I think most folks here were discussing the possibility of a peaceful, negotiated secession. Obviously, none of the states has the resources to challenge the US militarily. In fact, Louisiana has been receiving more in federal dollars than it has been paying in federal taxes so it would probably have to raise state taxes to make up for the deficiency. Then it could begin raising taxes still further to mount a military defense.
That plan needs a lot of work. Just moving to another country makes a lot more sense.
