More likely her (if she was due one) ... he is a Civilian now.
If he did the deed prior to Retiring and she drops the dime on him ... maybe
But she better get a good advance on the book deal if she thinks she will come out ahead.
If the FBI had the goods on him before his Retirement then they are complicate because he was vetted prior to his Confirmation by the Senate... then a whole new can of worms is opened.

Not sure when it started, but June/July 2011 is when he went from military to cia.
So its possible about losing pension.
