So why can’t we have on our ballots for each state the right to vote for independence(secession)?

You keep bringing this up. You claim non-voters are evil since they voted for Obama indirectly with their non-vote, but you want to try secession.

A vote for secession will give us marshall law. The precedent is already there. Being empowered to secede did not help Texas when they aligned themselves with The Confederacy. How is that better than letting the system collapse and starve off the takers?

It may work for Scotland because England is already weakened to the point of collapse. Or, it may not. After all, this in not the first time they tried to separate from England.

I don’t know—this isn’t 1860. The blue states don’t have the issue of slavery as a motivator for attacking seceding states. As much as the leftists despise the red states, they might actually support an amendment that allow secession.
