Presactly. At least with sequestration we get some social spending cuts with our tax hikes and defense cuts. I am sure that, otherwise, any “cuts” will be quietly put back in later. Furthermore, under sequestration, at least the tax hikes will be across the board and right into Obama’s precious forty seven percent.
What will happen it that we will get defense cuts, but the social spending cuts will never materialize.
