Actually, many of the profesionals did see it coming but we found excuses (i.e., biased sampling) to ignore the polls that we didn't like.

You had Barone, Gallup, Geo Will...many who supposedly KNEW and put their reputations on the line predicting a Romney romp...
Nothing showed what ended up being the case...
Fraud, pure and simple.....
