I saw someone on another thread post up “www. vote for jesus .com.” There were 2.3 million people that signed up on that site swearing that they would not vote for a “Satanic Mormon!” Not in line with my faith buddy! Fools! I don’t believe in Mormonism. It is a cult because they don’t believe that Jesus is Lord, but It didn’t sway my vote for a business man over a puppet! I don’t want a theocracy - I want a free country!!

There is no difference between these people and a Muslim terrorist, other than the hole these jackwagons blew in the nation is far more damaging than the ones blown into NYC on 9-11.
Republican turnout in Vermont dropped as well. It could be secular Republicans weren’t crazy about voting for a Mormon either. McCain was much more amenable to the mushy moderate that wants to be liked by everyone. Romney was demonized as an extremist cultist who would ban contraceptives and tampons(!). It’s easy to take something different and make up the worst things about them. Many people have never met a Mormon so they still imagine that creepy freak with dozens of teenage wives. IOW, not “cool.”
