“First off, just what is an Asian-American? Asia is a giant, diverse continent with nearly the entire range of humanity.”

I say that because I’m half-Korean (1st Generation, mom followed by grandmother immigrated here in the early 1970’s) and half-white (13th Generation with branches back to both Plymouth and Jamestown) and just like the members of the white side of my family, the Koreans members, including a few half-Korean cousins just like me, all college-educated professionals, split about 60/40 between R and D. So I’d say, that they’re as integrated into mainstream American society as most any other Caucasian ethnic group.

Obviously the same can’t be said for ALL voters of various Asian descended groups. Though one line of reasoning could be that because most East Asians (Koreans, Japanese and Chinese) and Southwest Asians (Indians) are college-educated urban professionals, they typically align with the white urban professionals co-workers who are more D than R.

Pretty much covers it but the guys with a handful of employees ALL seem to like Obama's promises ~ and they simply don't question that he can deliver on them.

Their opinion seems to be that when the top dog says things, that means something.

They never get over that. Their kids do.
