Regardless, Rush’s closing thought about once considering a Spanish translation of his show IS a good one. Not that the Cuban vote was the problem entirely, but his voice would be heard in so many Spanish speaking communities, so many of which are here in NY/NJ, and who contribute to keeping our states blue. Countering the media is still my best hope.

I don’t know, maybe she was on to something, i.e., that their language is really, really important to hispanics. If reaching out to them in their own language could help peel off some significant percentage, why not? I’d like to see a hispanic(as long as they are true conservative) on the 2016 ticket.
Yeah, getting really close for me as well the more I read. Sickening. They could have done a hell of a lot more with Mitt in office than wait till 2016 or 2014 as most are saying. Hope they all get fired with the obama supporters.
Yes, he is. It was up to Romney to energize the base that in turn gets out the vote. He didn’t do that. The base was energized to vote but not to GOTV. Why? Because Romney wasn’t any easy sell mainly because he made it so. Why did they diss the tea party factions? Distance themselves from social conservatives? Fail to utilize Sarah Palin’s influence? Romney and crew blew this election. They are to blame. Period!
