I recall Sarah Palin warning that the GOP would have to remember Ron Paul’s people.
The Evangalical wing and the Libertarian wing must unite on that principal against the false Democrat view of 'freedom' which is simply anarchy.
But no one is going to get excited about managing an economy, which is what the Neo-Con Republicans keep running on and losing!
The GOP was formed to defend the principals of the Declaration of Independence and as a Party, we no longer appeal to it.
But we have to stop thinking of a political party as a religious Party-it isn't.
Human rights can be defended by appealing to the Declaration (which was based on the Bible) rather then appealing to the Bible itself.
