My observation, at least in my neighborhood and surrounding areas, is that kids *don’t* walk to trick or treat. Their parents drive them. I didn’t have a single kid who arrived at my house on foot this year.

Yeah, kind of the sign of the times, kids don’t seem to walk anywhere these days, especially school. When I was a kid I wouldn’t be caught dead being driven anywhere by my parents (unless the weather was horrific).
