hree Strikes is the reason why crime has been relativelyh low the last 20 years.

Now career criminals will be free to prey on the morons and decent people alike.

All criminals who had left California to other states after two strikes will return. Rest of US should thank this law. Less liberals and criminals in rest of USA. When California want to commit suicide, why to slow down efforts?
