And this from Veristhorne on the same thread:
2008:
OBama 69,297,997
McCain: 59,597,520
2012 (preliminary count)
Obama: 54,773,837
Romney 53,716,689
In order for the above totals to be correct:
1) 10% of the people that voted for McCain in 2008 did not vote for Romney in2012
2) No one who voted for Obama in 08 switched to Romney, despite all the negatives
3) In a surprise upset a Scotish bagpiper was elected Miss World...
Votes for Obama cant exceed 100% of total who voted, therefore to win votes must be changed from Romney to Obama, resulting in false low Republican turnout.
Diebold machine can be reprogrammed to sing in < 1 minute.
There is just a little over a million votes separating those numbers. I think those are the final numbers.
Remember in all those states the polls were open late claiming long lines. Those were most likely dems who maybe had voted twice or were illegals.
There were lots of computer machines swicthing votes too. GOP poll judges.
If you take the vote tally and divide it among key swing states, it would not be all that hard to use all these mentioned methods to swing the whole race.
The NYT put out kind of a cryptic message today that I feel was a laugh at us. They said something like the country did swing more right this year, but not enough to give Romney a victory. Odd remark.
