better off than four years ago? certainly. better off than 5 years ago? no way. the bush economy was good for 7 out of 8 years. The Obama economy has been bad for 4 out of 4 years.
Obama has “flexability” now, and is now going to play by his own rules. I really doubt now that he even really cares what congress does or says, he has a blank checkbook in the form of executive orders, and a government packed full of fanatical supporters and useful idiots. And people scratch their heads and wonder how people like Stalin, Mao, or Hitler could rise to power. Now you get to see first hand.
Better off than four years ago? Hardly. Obama will have minimally two, likely three, SCOTUS picks this time around, replacing at least one conservative.

how? my fixed income pockets are stretched to the max, reduced to level of heavy coupon use, buying more store brands that don’t taste as good, being told to buy more RX OTC which do not work as well are RX ones, no interest on small investment. Now we have another 8 years of this crap, cause it will take a new REAL conservative president to turn it around instead of the faux one the kool drinkers picked out after tearing the real conservatives apart.
