” - - - Republican strategist Steve Schmidt said early Wednesday morning on MSNBC - - - “

Is this the same Steve Schmidt who muzzled Romney in the Spring and Summer of 2012?

How did that work out for you Stevie-Boy?

After all, you were Romney’s chief handler, right?

Ah-Hah! I see that you are quick to run to MSNBC after your pitiful failure as Romney’s chief advisor. Maybe looking for an anchor slot?

BTW Stevie-Boy, you and Crissy Matthews are on the same page with the societal good of necessary restriction of “free” speech. Yep. You’ll fit right in!

” - - - Akins and Mourdock were - - - “ beyond being stupid. If they were that stupid, they had no business running for the US Senate.

All they had to do was to pretend that they were talking to the women on the TV Show “The View.” DUH!

Note to Senate Recruiting Committees: Ask your potential Candidates to write a 3 page essay on rape, and then have your wives grade it.

If the Pubs ever succeed in “muzzling” Rush, I swear on my mother’s grave I will never, ever, vote for one again.

Rush brought me into the party, and he’ll take me out. But I think the pubs are aware of this. I can’t imagine anything more suicidal than them putting the kibosh on Rush.

Of course, they ARE the Stupid party.

Let me explain this, moron-in-chief Schmidt: Who was more prominent nationally last week, conservative Rush Limbaugh knocking Obama or RINO Chris Christie slavishly praising Obama? Now, FY! (And that ain’t Fiscal Year.)

“The GOP won’t fight the fraud, it means they are dead to me-again. The fraud will be 10x worse in 2016 because of the spineless GOP”

You’ve got that straight, even during his concession speech the Puppet was still preaching “reaching across the aisle”

Seems like the biggest problem facing the Republican Party are the Republicans.

He has one thing right: Rush really doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

No interest in Steve Schmidt but Rush gave the GOP their "War on Women" with his public foolishness over Sandra Fluke.

That teed up the ball for the swing when Akin, then Mourdock went off the reservation talking about rape and abortion.

As a "highly-trained broadcast specialist" he should've known better.

I think that most of us need to make it clear that we are not in the GOP any more.

Then maybe little Republican strategist Stevie Schmidt will figure out that we would rather listen to Rush than to him.

Drudge, Fox News, the Gay GOP and Ann Coulter teamed together to get Romney nominated. Also little know, the staff of the Beck show pushed Romney while Beck was out “ill”. They all continually and systematically dissed the other republican candidates, letting Romney have a pass until he got the nod...it’s how the game is played.

The Tea Party will rise up and swallow the true conservatives in the GOP & the Gop will become an ineffective 3rd party.

They have lost me & I voted for over 50 years with the Pubbies.

Sez the guy who ran those wonderful campaigns for McCain and Romney.

Pretty dim bulb because he still doesn't get it.

He was against Sarah Palin and Sarah is the reason McCain got so many votes.

If Rush lost the Fluke episode then why did such “enormous crowds” show up for her campaigning for Obama appearances?

What did she draw, 10, 12, 20?

Baloney. Rush is a private citizen and he can do what he likes. And there is no question that, if the GOP does distance itself from Rush, it will be to their own peril. Because Rush is the one person in this country who would have the influence to inspire a viable Conservative 3rd party.

If people actually voted for Barry because they felt that Catholic institutions “owe” Fluke money for her contraceptives, then so be it. The country is lost. Thank God that there are a few sane individuals like Rush who aren’t afraid to call this what it is-madness.

And as for operation Chaos, Hillary would have been worse.

The point of Operation Chaos was NOT to get Hillary elected... it was to extend the Democrat primary.... mainly, to keep SOMEONE in the race who might actually attack Obama... since, it was clear McCain wouldn't do it.

As long as our primaries are started in the northeast, we will continue to get the moderate, squishy, Rino Republicans. Hell,by the time Texas voted The conservative I wanted to vote for was already out of the race. We need to fix the primary system and end open primaries where the libs can pick our candidates for us.
