Don’t cry. Our Republic has become a collective and too many view the government as God instead of a necessary evil.

It is time for us to admit that this is not the country we thought it was... it has changed far faster than we ever imagined and it is doubtful that we will ever return to what we were. Is this the new normal?
There will be lots of misplaced hate for Romney on this site. I think the reasons for this loss go far beyond Romney - it goes to the very essence of our soul as a nation. A soul that increasingly appears rotten to me.
